Cold Press Juicing Recipes is operated by EZRAAG LLC doing business as ColdPressJuicingRecipes.com, with an operating address at 1953 Rue Michel, Chula Vista, California 91913.

You may provide information such as your name, email address, checkout contact information, support messages, refund requests, product access requests, email opt-in information, survey or feedback responses, and recipe or tool inputs you choose to submit.

When you purchase a digital product, we may collect and store the product purchased, purchase date and amount, coupon or discount used, Stripe Checkout Session ID, Stripe PaymentIntent ID or related payment reference, Stripe Customer ID, product access status, product entitlement records, access token or access-session records, refund status, and product library or dashboard access history.

We do not store your full credit card number, CVV, or full payment method details. Payments are processed by Stripe.

We may collect information about how you use the website, including pages viewed, product pages viewed, checkout clicks, successful purchases, product access success, dashboard views, product launcher clicks, saved-output actions, grocery-copy actions, recipe views, ingredient page views, guide views, Juice Builder usage, Grocery List Generator usage, lead capture or email signup events, and affiliate link clicks.

The only events prepared for Meta are PageView, ViewContent, InitiateCheckout, and Purchase. Meta reporting remains disabled pending activation. Browser actions use a same-origin server relay instead of loading a Meta Pixel or Datahash browser SDK.

When available and permitted, events may include hashed email, Facebook browser and click identifiers, IP address, user agent, value, currency, event timing, and an event ID. The source URL is limited to our website origin. We do not send product names, product slugs, page paths, query strings, card numbers, CVVs, full payment method details, raw access tokens, or service-role keys to Meta.

Meta may use this information according to its own terms and privacy policies.

If Google Analytics 4 is configured, we may use it to measure website visits, product page views, checkout behavior, purchases, and user engagement. Google may process this data according to its own policies.

Payments are processed through Stripe. Stripe may collect payment information, billing information, fraud-prevention information, and transaction details.

We receive limited transaction information needed to confirm your purchase, deliver access, process refunds, and maintain records. We do not store your full card number or CVV.

We use Supabase or a similar service to help manage product customers, purchases, entitlements, and access records.

This may include your checkout email, purchased product, bundle access, entitlement status, access token records, and access verification events.

If you sign up for emails, download a resource, request access, or contact support, we may use your email address to send requested information, product updates, educational content, promotional offers, support replies, and access recovery messages.

If you opt in at checkout, we may send one reminder to finish checkout; every reminder has an unsubscribe link.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in the email. We may still send transactional or access-related messages when necessary.
