Cold Press Juice Guide sells digital products delivered online after checkout. We want buyers to feel confident trying our products, so we offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee.

14-day satisfaction guarantee

If a paid digital product is not a good fit, contact us within 14 days of your purchase date at info@ColdPressJuiceRecipes.com to request a refund.

After 14 days, digital product purchases are final except where required by law.

What the guarantee covers

The 14-day guarantee applies to paid digital products purchased directly through coldpressjuicingrecipes.com.

Examples may include Lean Juice Recipe Vault, Beginner Cold-Press Juice System, 7-Day Juice Calorie Control Plan, Low-Sugar Juice Swap Matrix, Fresh Juice Storage Safety Mini-Lab, Seasonal Produce Rotation Engine, Juice Budget Builder, 30-Day Juice Routine Builder, Micronutrient Pairing Lab, Cold-Press Flavor Masterclass, and Complete Juice Control Bundle.

Refund amount

Refunds are limited to the amount actually paid.

If you used a coupon, discount, promotion, or special launch price, your refund is based on the discounted amount paid, not the regular list price.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, email info@ColdPressJuiceRecipes.com within 14 days of purchase and include the email used at checkout, the product purchased, purchase date if available, and a short note about the issue or why the product was not a good fit.

We may ask for information needed to find your purchase and process the refund.

Technical access issues

If you paid for a product but cannot access it, contact us at info@ColdPressJuiceRecipes.com. We will try to fix the access issue first.

If we cannot reasonably restore access, we may issue a refund.

Duplicate charges or billing errors

If you believe you were charged twice or charged incorrectly, contact us at info@ColdPressJuiceRecipes.com. Confirmed duplicate charges or billing errors will be corrected or refunded as appropriate.

Access after refund

A refund may revoke access to the refunded product or bundle.

If a bundle refund is issued, access to the bundle and included products may be removed.

Abuse and ineligible refunds

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of requests made after the 14-day window, repeated refund abuse, fraudulent purchase behavior, sharing, reselling, or redistributing paid content, violation of our Terms of Service, or attempts to bypass product access controls.

This does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
