Cold Press Juice Guide is operated by EZRAAG LLC doing business as ColdPressJuicingRecipes.com, with an operating address at 1953 Rue Michel, Chula Vista, California 91913. In these Terms, "Cold Press Juice Guide," "we," "us," and "our" refer to that business.

By using the website or purchasing a digital product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or purchase our products.

Cold Press Juice Guide provides cold-press juicing recipe education, ingredient education, grocery planning tools, storage reminders, flavor guidance, and paid digital products.

Our free and paid resources may include cold-press juice recipes, ingredient information, grocery-list planning tools, recipe builders, storage and freshness reminders, flavor rescue guidance, estimated calorie information, lower-sugar-style recipe education, digital product dashboards, browser-local saved outputs, guides, checklists, and product recommendations.

Our products are designed to help users plan, shop for, prepare, and repeat cold-press juicing routines more easily.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to purchase a paid product or create a paid subscription. By purchasing, you represent that you can enter into a binding contract and are authorized to use the payment method provided.

The free educational portions of the website are not directed to children under 13. A parent or legal guardian is responsible for supervising a minor's use of any recipe or food-preparation information.

Cold Press Juice Guide provides general recipe and planning education only. We do not provide medical advice, nutrition counseling, diagnosis, treatment, or disease-management guidance.

Our content is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease; replace medical care or advice from a qualified professional; guarantee weight loss or body changes; provide clinical nutrition therapy; or serve as a cleanse, fast, detox, or meal-replacement program.

If you have a medical condition, dietary restriction, pregnancy-related concern, immune-system concern, food-safety concern, or other health question, consult a qualified medical or nutrition professional before using recipes or guidance from this website.

Calories, ingredient amounts, yields, and serving estimates are approximate. They may vary based on produce size, ripeness, juicer model, juicer yield, ingredient substitutions, preparation method, and serving size.

Ingredient and recipe information is provided for general educational and planning purposes. We do not guarantee the accuracy of calorie estimates, sweetness estimates, grocery quantities, cost estimates, or juicer yield estimates.

Fresh raw juice is perishable. Refrigerate promptly, use clean containers, label bottles when helpful, and discard juice after unsafe storage, excessive time at room temperature, container swelling, unexpected fizzing, leakage, mold, or other signs of spoilage. Harmful contamination may not be detectable by appearance, smell, or taste, so never taste juice to test whether it is safe.

Our storage content is general education only. It does not guarantee that any juice is safe for a specific amount of time. When storage history or safety is uncertain, discard the juice.

Fresh raw juice may not be appropriate for everyone. Users with food-safety concerns, immune concerns, pregnancy-related concerns, medical conditions, allergies, dietary restrictions, or medication-related dietary questions should consult a qualified professional.

Paid products are delivered digitally through the website after checkout. Product access may be provided through a product dashboard, access link, access cookie, checkout email, account-style product library, or another digital-access method.

Your access may be tied to the email address used during Stripe Checkout. If you use Stripe Link or a saved checkout identity, your product access may be associated with the email used by Stripe during checkout.

You are responsible for entering and using an email address you can access.

Some tools and paid product dashboards allow you to save plans, recipe sets, labels, checklists, or other outputs in your browser. These saved outputs may be browser-local only and may not be account-synced.

Browser-local saves may be lost if you clear cookies, clear browser storage, switch devices, use a different browser, or change browser privacy settings. Copy or save important outputs if you want to keep them.

We do not guarantee that all saved outputs will remain available across browsers, devices, or sessions.

Payments are processed through Stripe or another third-party payment processor. We do not store your full credit card number, CVV, or full payment method details.

By purchasing a product, you authorize the payment processor to charge the payment method you provide. Prices are shown at checkout and may include discounts, coupons, or promotional pricing.

Prices are listed in USD. Local taxes, such as VAT or GST, may be calculated and added at checkout where applicable based on your billing location.

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, or charges associated with your purchase.

Founding Member monthly access is billed at $9.99 every month and annual access is billed at $49 every year unless a different promotional price is clearly shown before purchase. Each subscription begins when checkout is completed and renews automatically for the same billing interval using the payment method on file until canceled. There is no minimum commitment beyond the current paid period.

The $97 lifetime option is a one-time charge and does not renew automatically. All prices are in USD before any tax that Stripe calculates at checkout.

You may cancel a monthly or annual plan online at any time through the Stripe billing portal linked from Account Settings. A cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and access continues through that date unless a refund, dispute, fraud review, or legal requirement causes earlier revocation.

If you cannot access the billing portal, email info@coldpressjuicingrecipes.com from the purchase email with "Cancel subscription" in the subject line. We will process the cancellation without requiring a phone call, sales conversation, or explanation. A refund request is separate unless your message also asks for an eligible refund.

Canceling stops future renewals but does not by itself refund the current billing period. Refund requests are governed by the Refund Policy and non-waivable consumer rights.

For annual plans, we send a renewal reminder 15 to 45 days before the renewal date. For monthly plans, we send an annual recurring-billing reminder. If we change a recurring price, we provide advance notice and cancellation instructions before the new price takes effect.

Lifetime access means access for as long as Cold Press Juice Guide continues to operate and make the purchased Founding Member digital product available. It does not mean the purchaser's lifetime, the lifetime of any owner, or a promise that the website will operate forever.

We may improve, reorganize, replace, or retire individual features. If we permanently retire the entire paid product, we will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice and, where practical, continued access to a replacement, export, or substantially similar materials. We will not retroactively convert a paid lifetime purchase into a recurring subscription.

Our paid products are digital content only. There are no physical goods, and nothing is shipped.

Access is delivered instantly online after checkout completes, typically through a product dashboard, access link, access cookie, or account-style product library as described in this section's "Digital products and access" terms.

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or the European Union, distance-selling law normally gives you a 14-day right to cancel an online purchase of digital content without giving a reason.

Because our products are digital content delivered immediately after checkout, that statutory cancellation right can be lost once delivery begins, but only if you have given your express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose the cancellation right as a result.

Before checkout, buyers are asked to agree to immediate digital access and acknowledge the applicable digital-delivery terms (including: "I agree to immediate digital access and understand I lose my 14-day cancellation right once access is delivered."). If applicable law requires a separate or additional consent that is not obtained, your statutory right remains available.

This section does not reduce any cancellation or cooling-off right you have under applicable law where that right cannot be waived.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on the initial purchase only. If the product is not a good fit, email info@coldpressjuicingrecipes.com from the purchase email within 14 calendar days of the original transaction. No explanation, proof of dissatisfaction, or completed feedback question is required.

The guarantee returns the full amount actually paid for the first charge, including tax collected where applicable, to the original payment method. Renewals are not covered by this voluntary guarantee. After the initial 14-day window, charges are final except where required by law or for a confirmed duplicate, unauthorized, or billing-error charge.

A full refund revokes access purchased by that charge. If the refunded purchase created a monthly or annual subscription, the subscription is also canceled to prevent future renewals.

Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer rights or remedies for fraud, unauthorized charges, or our violation of law.

When you purchase a digital product, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the product for your own personal use.

You may not resell, share, sublicense, redistribute, scrape, reproduce, or publish paid product content; upload paid content to another website, app, marketplace, or file-sharing service; copy product dashboards or materials for commercial use; share access links or private dashboard access with others; or use the products to create a competing service or product.

All website content, product content, copy, design, data structures, and tools remain owned by Cold Press Juice Guide or its licensors.

The website may provide free tools such as recipe builders, grocery-list tools, saved recipe tools, ingredient pages, or planning tools.

Tool outputs are estimates and are provided for convenience. You are responsible for reviewing ingredients, quantities, shopping lists, storage decisions, and recipe suitability before using them.

We may update, modify, limit, or discontinue free tools at any time.

We may update, improve, reorganize, replace, rename, bundle, retire, or modify products and product dashboards over time.

We do not guarantee that any specific feature, tool, recipe, or dashboard layout will remain unchanged forever. We may make updates to improve usability, accuracy, compliance, safety, pricing, or product quality.

If a product is retired or replaced, we may provide a replacement product, updated dashboard, or alternative access where reasonable.

Some pages may include affiliate links or product recommendations. If you click an affiliate link and purchase a product, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.

Affiliate relationships do not control our obligation to write practical, relevant content. However, you should evaluate any third-party product based on your own needs, budget, and research.

Third-party products, retailers, manufacturers, and websites are not controlled by us.

The website may use third-party services, including Stripe for payments, Supabase for access and entitlement records, Vercel for hosting, Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API for advertising measurement, Datahash or Meta CAPI Gateway for event routing, Google Analytics 4 if configured, email and customer support tools, affiliate platforms, and third-party product links.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to those providers' terms and privacy policies.

You agree not to misuse the website or interfere with its security; attempt to bypass product access controls; use automated scraping or extraction tools without permission; share paid access with unauthorized users; copy or redistribute paid materials; submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information; or use the website in a way that violates applicable law.

We do not guarantee that using the website or any product will produce specific results, including grocery savings, reduced waste, improved health, weight loss, medical outcomes, lower sugar intake, exact calorie targets, specific taste preferences, business results, advertising results, or financial results.

The website provides tools, recipes, and planning education. Your results depend on your choices, produce, budget, juicer, routines, and usage.

We work to keep the website available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The website may be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, third-party service outages, hosting issues, payment processor issues, or circumstances outside our control.

All website content, product content, recipes, copy, designs, layouts, dashboards, tools, logos, graphics, code, and other materials are owned by Cold Press Juice Guide or used with permission unless otherwise stated.

You may not use our intellectual property without written permission except for personal use of purchased or free content as allowed by these Terms.

The website, recipes, tools, estimates, recommendations, and paid products are provided as is and as available. We do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely accurate, safe or suitable for every person, or meet every expectation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. This disclaimer does not exclude a warranty or consumer guarantee that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

You are responsible for ingredient selection, allergies, dietary restrictions, produce condition, food handling, equipment operation, storage, and whether a recipe is appropriate for you. Stop using damaged equipment and follow the juicer manufacturer's instructions. Do not rely on this website in an emergency; contact emergency services or a qualified professional.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EZRAAG LLC, Cold Press Juice Guide, and their owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from the website, products, recipes, equipment recommendations, third-party services, or your preparation, storage, or consumption choices.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of the website or a paid product will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim during the 12 months before the event or $100. This limit does not apply to fraud, willful injury, gross negligence where it cannot be limited, our violation of law, or any liability or statutory remedy that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless EZRAAG LLC and Cold Press Juice Guide from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and reasonable expenses caused by your unlawful misuse of the website, material violation of these Terms, or unauthorized commercial sharing of paid content. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by our own wrongful conduct.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or limited under the Australian Consumer Law, the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, or any other consumer-protection law that applies to you and cannot be waived by contract.

If any part of these Terms conflicts with those non-waivable rights, the non-waivable rights control to the extent of the conflict, and the rest of these Terms continues to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in San Diego County, California will have jurisdiction over disputes unless applicable consumer law gives you a non-waivable right to bring a claim elsewhere.

Before filing a claim, you and we agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the issue by email for 30 days. This informal step does not shorten a limitations period or prevent either party from seeking urgent relief.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised Last Updated date. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes when required by law.

Changes will apply prospectively. We will not use a later version of these Terms to retroactively add a recurring charge or remove a paid lifetime-access right already purchased.
