Using the recipe library

What our estimates mean

Use a recipe as a practical starting point, then record what your produce and juicer actually make. A planning estimate is not a measured result for your bottle.

Yield and preparation time

Recipe amounts describe the listed batch. Yield and preparation time are estimates. Produce size, ripeness, preparation, machine settings and extraction performance affect your result. Scaling a grocery list scales its ingredient quantities; it does not guarantee an exact number of ounces.

Calories and sugar

The public recipe library does not currently have a verified calculation of calorie or sugar grams for each serving. We have removed category-based calorie ranges from recipe cards and recipe details. Ingredient categories alone do not account for the amounts used, extracted juice or serving size.

Labels such as lower-sugar, vegetable-forward and sweetness are recipe-style descriptors. They are not laboratory results or a guarantee about the nutrition in a prepared bottle. Paid planning exercises may use their own stated estimates; those should not be treated as verified nutrition measurements for this library.

Photos and testing

Recipe and campaign images may be generated illustrations. They show a visual direction and are not evidence that a specific batch was prepared, measured or tested. Where original kitchen measurements are published, the accompanying notes should identify the recipe amounts, machine, measured yield and date.

Storage guidance

Read the recipe's storage notes and the conditions described in the linked guides. Planning windows are not guarantees that a bottle is safe. Do not use the appearance of an illustration to decide how to prepare or store juice.
